What dose not at place of abode mean?
Away from where the person lives
including houses, gardens, sheds, house boats, carrvans,
What is not a place of abode?
A car in transit,
Do you need to prove what address is going to be burglary.
no it can be any premise and you do not need to know which one
Dose the person with the equipment have to be the burglar?
no they can be planning to give the items to another person.
Mens rea for going equipped
Must have the knowledge of the item is on them
Actus Reus for going equipped
Physical control of the item to hand but dose not need to be directly on the person.
I.e in a bag or a car ect.
What items are included in Going equipped?
Any article that could be used in a theft or burglary.

Vehicle Interference - Interference definition
The term ‘Interference’ is not defined by the criminal attempts act 1981, you must prove the defendant interfered with the vehicle
