Very hot, until rain in August/September than brought harvest forward. Cooler temps at the end helped retain some freshness.

Heat gives very ripe wines with soft tannins, not as much acid as usual

Not the best but not bad either

One of the longest growing season La in recent years. Wet spring delayed vegetative growth but finished with good weather in August/September

Great vintage one of the best. Wines are very balanced

Very long lived, wines are around 14-14.5% generally
