Lots of intensity, fermented in small oak barrels,

Apricot and quince jam, toasty oak, mineral, and yet still fresh

Name is a reference to Van Gough’s favourite colour ‘yellow’ during his time in Arles, due to tufo’s intense yellow colour it produced when ripe and if unfiltered.
