A

2014 is actually rated higher although this was a tough vintage throughout Europe. 2014 is overall very high quality in the Loire. 2013 was terrible in Vouvray and Montlouis specifically due to June hailstorms.

2016 is rated the poorest, along with Chile. It was an El Niño year and yields were 25% down. The rains mostly came after the whites were harvested so they fared better.
