Signs of a Bull Breakout:

Big Bull Trend Bars closing near highs
Pullback (or tail) from close is very small. Meaning as soon as the bar closes, more bulls are buying than selling
Consecutive strong bull trend bars
Closing on high or small tail on top

Question 2

Sometimes in a buy the close bull trend you get a bar that open above the close of the bar. And becomes a big bear bar. That tell you there are trapped bulls.

That means bulls were overwhelmed by very aggressive bears.
