Immediate Family
Any member of the victims family who is in a close relationship with the victim at the time of the offence.
Spouse, child/step child, brother/sister, parent, grandparent.
Immediate family is a victim when the victim dies.

Return of property held as evidence.
Return it to the person as soon as practicable after they no longer need it unless they do not want property returned
What does the forensic examiner ask on the phone to a police?
What happened? Penetration? Ejaculation? Drug/alcohol? showered? Toilet?
What is the point of a forensic examination of a sexual assault victim?
The wellfare and the safety of the victim is primary functions. Ability to further investigation as well as identifiying the offender. Evidential sufficiency.
