To avoid doubt, includes person who is:
- Victim’s spouse, civil union partner, or de facto; OR
- Child or step-child; OR
- Brother, sister or step-brother/sister; OR
- Parent or step-parent; OR
- Grandparent

  • includes being in state of continuing unconsciousness
