• MUR/ NMS records (legal)

5 years for:

• Vet prescriptions- POM-V and POM-VPS (legal)
• Responsible Pharmacist record (from date of last entry) (legal)
• Extemporaneous dispensing records (legal- community, 13 yrs reference hospital)
