The “Super 7” verbs plus these ten verbs/structures form the foundation for essential structures for level one. We'll use all tenses but limit vocabulary.

My boss gets furious when I arrive late to work.

Los viernes a las cinco de la tarde nos ponemos muy felices.
Fridays at five we get / become really happy.

Teacher, can / may I go to the bathroom.
both can and may are covered by using “poder”
