When do we use Do + genitive?
Do + gen is used when movement is toward a place and movement is directed inward.
When do we use Na + accusative?
Na + acc is used when:
- movement towards a place understood as a surface or open space. ( na basen, na stadion, na rynek, na plac)
- Sames of some geographical districts, counties, islands. (Na malte, na ukraine, na Slask)
- Movement towards a means of public transport with the intention of getting on it. (na autobus, na pociag, na tramwaj, na metro, na samolot)
- Movement to a place wjere an iportant social institution is located (na poczte, na uniwersytet, na dwoezec, na lotnisko)
- Movement toward a place, in which one wants to participate in a cultural event, social meeting. (Do muzeum na wystawe, na koncert, do kino nan film, na uniwersytet na zajecia, do kolegi na impreze, do kawiarni na kawe, do restauracji na obiad, do pubu na piwo)
