- Start an emergency evacuation of the area

- Dispatch one patrol member to the intersection of Golf Links and Swan to divert traffic to another gate
- All remaining personnel will be escorted to Golf-2 and placed behind the post opposite side of the suspected vehicle.

- Flight sergeant must ensure power to barriers is turned off until determination of barrier failure.
