Q

How do you do a rotation?

A
  1. Trace the original shape
  2. Place your pencil on the centre of rotation
  3. Rotate the tracing paper by the given angle

Q

How do you do an enlargement?

A
  1. Pick a vertex and count the horizontal and vertical distances from the centre of enlargement
  2. Multiply both distances by the scale factor
  3. Start at the centre or enlargement and count the new horizontal and vertical distances to find the enlarged vertex
  4. Repeat for the other vertices
  5. Connect the vertices
