- Previous Classical cesarean
- Previous inverted-T incision.
- Previous uterine rupture.
- Previous major uterine reconstruction (e.g., full-thickness repair for myomectomy, repair of Mullerian anomaly, cornual resection)
- Patient requests ERCS vs VBAC.
