1) Cardiac defects (10-20%) - pulmonary stenosis, PDA.

2) CNS (10-25%) - microcephaly, meningoencephalitis.

3) Sensorineural deafness (19%).

4) Ophthalmic defects - retinopathy, chorioretinitis, cataracts, microphthalmia.

5) Hepatosplenomegaly.

6) Jaundice.
