They are papular capillaries that can rupture and bleed that are associated with pregnancy and trauma

What is an angiosarcoma? Where is it usually found?
It is a malignant vascular proliferation usually found in sun exposed areas.

Sun Exposure, radiation therapy, arsenic exposure?
