Assess for chronic venous insufficiency
-skin hyperpigmentation
- venous eczema
- atrophie blanche

A

If concerned
Doppler US for ?DVT

A

Reassurance
Reduce risk factors e.g. weight loss avoid prolonged sitting or standing
Compression stockings
