A

Rise in creatinine by 26 or > in 48hrs
>=50% rise in creatinine over 7 days
Fall in urine output to <0.5ml/kg/hr for more than 6 hours in adults and 8hrs in children

A

C Confusion (abbreviated mental test score <= 8/10)
R Respiration rate >= 30/min
B Blood pressure: systolic <= 90 mmHg and/or diastolic <= 60 mmHg
65 Aged >= 65 years

0: low risk treatment at home
1 or 2: intermediate risk- hospital assessment should be considered (particularly for people with a score of 2)’
3 or 4: high risk- urgent admission to hospital

add U to CURB in hospital- U>7
