Give an example of a time when you have shown the trust’s values.
- As a therapy assistant supporting adults with learning disabilities, I was empowered to create a resource which would help them to access the community.
- Created a pack of community based activities in the borough and surrounding areas.
- I felt that this was something in the best interest of the service, with many of our clients exhibiting behaviours that challenge due to lack of meaningful activity and therefore poor QoL.
- Also demonstrating how I value people’s wellbeing.
- I am co-producing this resource with service users and their carers, to ensure that the activities included, they way it’s formatted and how it is accessed is optimal for the users.
