  • Best to use tools which have been developed or adapted for people with LD
  • If the tool has not been developed or adapted for people with LD, then take this into account when interpreting the results.
  • Children: developmental behaviour checklist parent version OR strengths and difficulties questionnaire.
  • Adults: Glasgow depression scale.
