Exam virilized, T level very high, dheas level normal, location unilateral ovary, no dx needed. Resect to treat

Virilized, normal T, very increased DHEAS, unilateral adrenal. Diagnose with adrenal vein sampling, tx with resection.

Can be hirsuit or virilized, t level normal, DHEAS level high or very high, bilateral adrenals. Dx with levels of 17 oh progesterone. Treat with cortisone and fludrocortisone
