The Crime

A
  • Lyle and Marie McCann (70 y/o) took a trip in their RV from Alberta to BC
  • Last Seen July 3, 2010
  • On July 5th the RV was seen on fire (no human remains)
    -Police found the Green SUV with several items and blood spatter (matching McCanns + 3rd party)
  • “Bandana Dave” aka David Olsen (friend of Vader) told the police about Vader
  • Vader needed to borrow money to buy oil
  • Later that day, Vader had the green suv and money
  • Vader also used Olson’s phone to call his ex gf
  • When the McCann’s phone was found it was also used to call Vader’s ex gf
