Ages of Vaccinations in Sask
2, 4, 6, 12, 18 months
Years: 4-6
Grades: 6 and 8
Vaccines at what ages
2 months: DTaP-IPV-Hib, Pneumo 13
4 months: DTaP-IPV-Hib; Pneumo 13,prior to 15 weeks Rota (Live)
6 months: DTaP-IPV-Hib; prior to 8 months Rota 2 (Live); Flu (will need 2 in the first year they get it prior to age 9 years)
12 months: Pneumo 13, MMRV, Men C
18 months: Tdap-Hib, MMRV
4-6 years: Tdap-IPV
Grade 6: Hep B, Men ACWY, HPV (3 doses less than 15 years; 2 doses older)
Grade 8: Tdap and q 10 years after.
What ages can you not get certain vaccines?
After 7 years: can only get Tdap
After 5 years can no longer have Hib or Pneumo 13 as does not make good response.
Measles vaccine
If less than 12 months (but greater than 6 months) can have the vaccine for high risk children. For example travelling somewhere high risk. They will still require 2 more after.
