Hydrostatic approach in uterine inversion
A
Use Silastic vacuum cup to seek the vagina
2 letter of worm saline infusion by large bore iv cannula the fluid should be above 100-150 cm to all pressure infusion, it takes 5-10 minutes for uterine replacement
Then use bakeries balloon
Give oxytocin 40 iu in500ml NS in4 hours
