How to explain HSV
A
genital herpes is a viral infection that frequently seen outside pregnancy and occur during pregnancy
It’s same virus that cause cold sore a round mouth
Once you have the virus it stays life time inactive most of the time .
This depends on your immune system response
The virus can be reactivated and cause signs and symptoms but less severely than first attack
It spread from skin to skin contact and sexual intercourse.
