Article five states three things. What are they?
No strikes or lockouts, including sympathy strikes
No concerted refusal to work, slowdown, or stoppage
Failure or refusal of any employee to comply can result in immediate discipline, up to and including termination.
Article 6 deals with productivity. What does it say about beginning work?
All employees are required to begin work promptly at their designated starting time and upon completion of mean times and rest periods.
How long is a probationary period?
How long may the employer extend the probationary period?
520 hrs worked. Employer may extend 175 hrs upon written mutual agreement between the employer and the union.
