Troubleshoot user login issues (1)

A

Check login history
(to see what the problem is? Usually a password lockout after invalid password, if password is the problem, reset password to send a new password and then unlock/ lockout could be temporary or admin reset)) (if no incorrect attempt then the user was using an invalid email/username to login)
