Motivation - What is Herzbergs 2 Factor model?
To Motivate, Hygeine factors (Conditions, relationships, renumeration) must be catered for, then work must contain Motivators (challenge, recognition, achievement)
What is McClelland’s 3 needs theory?
Humans are motivated a dominant motivator, being either:
1 - Achievement
2 - Affiliation
3 - Power
Problem Solving - what is a RCA?
Root Cause Analysis - work back from problem to find root cause. Often not the immediately obvious cause.
Problem Solving - what is 5W’s 1H?
What? Why? When? Where? Who? How? - Ask the questions to identify the problem, why it’s happened, When it happened, Where the issue stems from? Who has responsibility? How can we prevent a repeat?
Change - what is the Kubler-Ross change curve?
