- 45 years’ experience building fundraising programs and executing successful campaigns at many places including Temple University, the University of Pittsburgh, & Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

- Vice President for Student Affairs
- Oversees a USC Student Affairs staff of more than 300 employees who serve about 20,000 undergraduate and 27,500 graduate students.
- The division is responsible for overseeing everything from student services to recreational sports, as well as the university’s nearly 1,000 student organizations.
- He also leads a division focused on enhancing student mental health, equity and inclusion, healthy relationships and substance-free social activities.

- Senior Vice President and Chief Executive Officer for Keck Medicine of USC
- Under his leadership, Keck was named No. 16 on the U.S. News Best Hospitals Honor Roll for 2019-20, and in 2018 the nursing program at Keck achieved Magnet® recognition, the highest national honor for nursing.
- Responsible for oversight of the university’s clinical activities, and for implementation of a strategic vision to significantly grow, align and integrate the medical enterprise.

- Chief Investment Officer
- Reporting directly to the president and working closely with the university’s chief financial officer and the investment committee of the USC Board of Trustees, she is charged with building a staff to bolster the investment function of USC’s endowment in support of their academic aspirations.
- Also advises the investment and finance committees of the Board of Trustees with respect to endowment performance, and chairs the university’s retirement oversight committee.

- USC’s principal spokesperson. He shapes and leads the communications strategy, working with communications officers across both campuses along with with his team in University Communications.
- In charge with developing a strategic communications plan to position USC both nationally and internationally, promoting the work of the Trojan community – from cutting-edge research and creative teaching of faculty to the scholarly, athletic, and personal achievements of students, staff, alumni,
- Osaki also oversees the Cultural Relations and University Events office, as well as all in-house communications activities.

- Interim Director of Athletics (just became on Sept. 9)
- Previously served as USC’s first VP for athletic compliance from 2010 to 2017. He was responsible for managing all aspects of USC’s athletics compliance with NCAA, Pac-12 and university rules and regulations, working with the director of athletics. During his tenure, USC’s compliance program received national recognition as one of the best in the country.
- He has been special advisor to the president on issues of athletic compliance since 2017. He was a lawyer before this.

- Senior Vice President, Finance, and Chief Financial Officer
- Reporting directly to the president, he oversees a wide range of financial operations for USC, including budget and planning, treasury services, the university comptroller, financial and business services, Keck Medicine of USC finances, capital construction and facilities management services, and information technology services.
- Prior he was at Yale New Haven Health System, where he served as a key member of the president and CEO’s leadership team for more than 15 years.

- Senior Vice President for Human Resources
- Reporting to the president, she provides leadership on HR for USC’s 28,000 faculty members, staff, and student workers. Responsible for providing strategic leadership on workforce analytics, benefits administration, compensation governance, employee relations, retirement plan administration, and talent acquisition. She also leads new initiatives in executive succession planning and workforce development.
- She was an attorney specializing in employment law & built a reputation around implementing ethical compliance standards and also caring deeply about students, faculty, and colleagues.

- Reporting to the office of the president, he oversees support functions and services that include public safety, human resources, campus master planning, real estate development projects, real estate acquisitions and leasing, student housing, campus dining services, parking and transportation, the USC Hotel, the USC bookstores, and fire safety and emergency planning.
- Also oversees the operations of the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and Sports Arena.

- responsible for overseeing all CCD/FMS activities
- Held positions as SVP for Global Programs with AECOM, VP of Capital & Infrastructure Projects at McKinsey and has served for nearly 26 years in the US Army Corps of Engineers serving our country in Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan.
- Graduate of the US Military Academy, West Point, holds Master’s degrees from MIT in mechanical engineering and material science engineering. He has a MA from the US Naval War College
