Define Counter Air

Define Strategic Attack
Offense to achieve national objectives and weaken the ENY will/capability to fight (COGs)
Counter Land
Air operations against ENY land forces to dominate surface environment, split into AI and CAS
Define Air Interdiction (AI)
Destroy, Delay, Disrupt or Divert ENY capabilities before they can be employed
Define Close Air Support (CAS)
Air action against the ENY in close proximity to BLUFOR, not as just determined by distance. Supports ground units to fix, suppress, neutralize, etc…
