OR azithromycin / clarithromycin

Symptoms persist >10 days
Severe symptoms >3 days
Symptoms worsen after initial improvement >3days
Treatment: target strep pneumo or h influenzae
Amoxicillin / Augmentin
OR Levofloxacin / moxifloxacin
