split agar plate gram positive and negative
split agar plate half blood agar to grow gram +ve half eosin methylene blue gram -ve 0.1mls onto each half plate overnight incubation count cfu per mls urin
catheter associated uti cf
cfu 10 to 3 of one or more bacterial specieis in single catheter specimen urine or catheter removed in last 48 hours
