- Risk: creatinine x1.5, UO <0.5ml 6hr
- Injury: creatinine x2, UO <0.5ml 12hr
- Failure: creatinine x3/ >4mg/dl, UO <0.3ml x24hr

A
- Treat underlying cause
- optomise fluid balance
- treat overload with nitrates, furosemide and 02

- Review drug chart

A
UFAKE:
- Uraemic encephalopathy/ pericarditis
- Fluid overload
- Acidosis
- K+
- Extras: (TNT= tox, Na (hi/low), temperature)

- high fluid intake
- antiemetics
- analgesia
- small stones pass spontaneously
