3. protrudes out vagina - Risk factors : birth esp traumatic, pelvic surgery, obese, chronic cough, age
- Symptoms and signs: heaviness/dragging, urin incontinence/luts, abdo pain, dysparinea, discharge, recurrent utis
- Assessment: hx, ex

- Management - general, operative
General: pelvic floor weight ex, kegal ex, smoking for 3 months. Then pessary (BV, SUI, UTI)
