- Delirium
- Infection
- Atrophic Urethritis

what is a pelvic floor exercise? When is it helpful?
contract the levators- inhibits a vesicoinhibitory reflux
* Helpful for both stress and urge incontincence
- inhibit acetylcholine from binding to muscarinic receptors
- fewer and less forceful uninhibited detrusor contractions
- side effects limit use

- ischiococcygeus becomes vertical
- anococcygeal raphe is pushed and become vertical
