Treatment for URI

A

Tylenol 325mg 1-2 tabs q 4-6 hours as needed for fever or pain

Pseudoephedrine
Immediate: 60mg q 4 to 6 hours
Extended: 120mg q 12 hrs or 240mg q 24hours
Max: 240mg/ 24 hours

Oxymetazoline ( afrin) nasal
