reasons to encourage people to leave a place and go somewhere else.
What is a pull factor?
positive aspects of a place that attracts people to come and live there
What is the meaning of Urban?
A city or town with high population density.
What is the meaning of Rural
Not a city or town , living in a country with smaller settlements perhaps in a farm or forest. With A small population density.
What is a Megacity?
A city with more than 10 million people
What is Conurbation
A large area consist of cities or towns that have grown so that there is a very little room between them.
What are some push factors that cause people to move from rural areas?
Particularly rural areas have a high risk of natural disasters such as drought, flood, or rising sea levels. Another push factor could include food insecurity because of financial constraints. Other common push factors include, low health facilities, low education options ect.

What is urbanisation?
Urbanisation is an increase of proportion of people living in towns and cities, relative to rural areas. This can be due to:
- Natural increase (more births than deaths)
- Migration (from rural areas in the same country/region or from other countries)
What is metropolitan?
a region of a densely populated urban cluster and its surrounding territories sharing industries, commercial areas, transport network, infrastructures and housing.
