Q

How does the topography of a place effect the population density of the place?

A

Living in Mountain ranges is harder due to the difficulty of building infrastructure like roads and buildings, it can be done but is much more expensive and therefore not as efficient as building on flat land.

What is the difference between the climate of the US and Australia?

A

Australia’s is far more extreme with varying temperatures mostly being incredibly hot and barren the further inland you go, there is also frequent drought and lack of rainfall in these hot dry areas. The US’ climate is a lot better at supporting life with milder temperatures and flat land to build cities upon.
