Basic Components of an Upper/Lower Quarter Screen

  • (AROM/PROM) with overpressure
  • Muscle testing ((dermatomes/myotomes)) > hold for _ seconds
  • Sensation testing ((dermatomes/myotomes))
  • Reflex testing

Neurologic Screen:

Motor: (muscle testing/sensation testing)
Sensory: (muscle testing/sensation testing)
