What are you looking for on inspection of arm?
scars, wasting, involuntary movements, fasiculations, tremor
Whats the screening tests for upper motor neuron?
push down one arm, pronator drift.
What is the difference between spasticity and rigidity?
Spasticity is velocity dependent - the faster you move the limb the worse it is, therefore spastic catch. Rigidity is velocity independent.
