MOI: FOOSH / direct blow to AC
AC ligaments: tearing
CC ligaments: intact
Abduction AROM: 90 deg with pain at end of range

Question 2

MOI: acute overload/fall
Pain in the shoulder
Patient reports a twinge
Positive STTT for rotator cuff actions: initial abduction, external rotation, adduction and internal rotation
Positive empty can test if supraspinatus is injured

Overhead athlete with history of repeated trauma
Inability to sleep on shoulder
Positive impingement signs (Hawkins-Kennedy, Neer)
