Biceps brachii

O: Long head: supraglenoid tubercle, tendon passes through Bicipital groove and shoulder joint activity. Short head: coracoid process
I: Radial tuberosity, Bicipital aponeurosis
A: Flex and supinate forearm (puts in corkscrew and pulls it out if you are right handed)
N: Musculocutaneous
Brachialis
O: Lower ½ of humerus
I: Coronoid process (ulna)
A: Flex forearm
N: Musculocutaneous and radial
Coracobrachialis
O: Coracoid process
I: Middle 1/3 humerus
A: Flex and adduct arm
N: Musculocutaneous
Triceps

O: Long head: infraglenoid tubercle
Lateral head: posterior humerus (superior/lateral to radial groove)
Medial head: posterior humerus (inferior/medial to radial groove)
I: Olecranon process of ulna
A: Extend arm and forearm
N: Radial nerve
