The smallest drop in and undermount tubs start at 45”long x 30”wide. A standard tub is 30”x72”. The required size would be the length of the tub + 15” for the seat.
What is the minimum depth for an accessible tub permanent seat?
15” (positioned at the head end of the bathtub)
What is the size of a toe kick in an accessible kitchen?
6” x 9”
What do you need for an accessible kitchen?
Pipes under the sink should be wrapped and insulated to avoid possible burns, toe kick that’s 6x9, and appilances with controls on the front and not at the back of the appliance
What’s the max AFF height of uppers in a kitchen with a surface that’s 20” deep? >20-25 max?
