What issues divided the Federalists and Anti-Federalists?
Federalists supported the Constitution , it gave power to the national government wihout taking power away from the states , favored divinf the powers among different branches of government , proposed single person to lead the executive branch
Anti-Federalists opposed the Constitution (it was too strong), fearful of a tyrant , believed a bill of rights needed to be added to the Constitution to protect the rights of the people
