3 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange slice
2 Maraschino cherries 
Splash club soda
2oz Rye whiskey (Bourbon on request)

Add sugar, bitters, orange and cherries
Add club soda and MUDDLE together
Fill glass with ice

Add Rye Whiskey
Sip stick

No garnish needed

Sugar cube
3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
2 dashes Angostura bitters

  1. Swirl Absinthe in old fashion glass, add ice
  2. Stir remaining ingredients in the mixing glass
  3. Discard the contest of the first glass, rub the glass with the twist and reserve
  4. Add ice to the contents of the mixing glass and quickly strain into the old fashion glass.
