Dry shake ingredients

Shake everything but bitters over ice
Strain into glass over new ice
Add bitters to top

Notes: 1oz Rum Star.
0.5oz Rum at the end.

3-5 mint leaves 1 teaspoon sugar or simple syrup 4 lime slices, halved 1.5oz Silver Rum Splash club soda
Muddle mint, sugar and limes
Add ice
Add Rum and club soda last
Tall straw
No garnish necessary however common garnishes seen include more bunches of mint, lime slices and/or a thin stalk of sugar cane.
