Bears carry dead fish into the forest. They eat 25% of the fish. The rest of the salmon decomposes and becomes part of the the soil to help trees grow

A

By eating, salmon harvest nitrogen. Dead salmon are then brought to the forest floor where they decompose releasing nitrogen. The nitrogen then helps trees grow 3x faster
