Ethics refers to the moral principles guiding individuals and organisations.

- What is information privacy? What is the difference between Opt-in and Opt-out model?
Information privacy refers to the handling of personal information and how it is used.
The opt-in model prohibits an organisation from using personal information unless the customer authorises the organisation to do so.
The opt-out model permits the company to collect
personal information until the customer specifically request that the data shall not be collected.
- What is information security?
Information security consists of processes and policies designed to protect an organisation’s IS from unauthorised access. Security represents a trade-off between risk and costs
- What are the differences between threats and vulnerability?
Vulnerability is the possibility that the system will be
harmed by a threat. There are two major categories of threats: unintentional threats and deliberate threats.
