Define Cardiovascular fitness (CV)
The ability of the heart, lungs & muscles to take in, transport & utilise oxygen during exercise. Also referred to as cardiorespiratory fitness, stamina & aerobic fitness.
Define muscular endurance (high reps, low resistance)
The ability of muscles to work continuously under low to moderate resistance.
Define muscular strength (low reps, high resistance)
The ability of the muscles to exert maximal force against a high resistance
Define flexibility
The Range of movement at a join or series of joints.
Define immobility
A significant lack of flexibility which can dramatically affect posture & force production at a joint & can impair performance & fault functioning.
Define hypermobility
A high degree of flexibility or ‘hypermobility’ may lead to reduced joint stability and an increased incidence of injury

The proportion of fat and fat-free mass. Normally measured as a % of body fat, which serves as an effective indicator of health.
