What is meiosis?
A
The process by which gametes are made which are genetically different from parent cells. This produces variation

What are the stages of meiosis?
A
-Chromosomes in diploid cells are copied
-Similar chromosomes pair up and genes are exchanged
-Cell divides to produce 2 diploid cells
-These cells divide again to produce 4 haploid cells (gametes)

What is the difference between asexual and sexual reproduction?
A
Asexual reproduction happens by mitosis which means the daughter cells will be cloned
