Phase 2:

A
  • The size of the universe (in our case the total number of users of our company)
  • The error or margin of inaccuracy allowed (the researcher defines this variable)
  • The level of confidence required in the survey (the researcher defines this variable)
  • The finite or infinite character of the population. Finite populations are considered populations of less than 100,000 individuals and infinite populations to those greater than 100,000.
  • The probabilities of taking an individual at random, this may or may not meet the parameter analyzed in the survey (in our case satisfaction with the website of the company)
  • The formulas to be applied in each case
